Course info

This course will seek to foster within learners an appreciation for the work of the artist and the real contribution of the Arts to the Caribbean economy. Learners will study the role of the Arts as a generator of income, the characteristics of the marketplace for the arts, and the extent to which government policies in the region assist or retard the development of the cultural industry. Learners will also explore the role of new technologies in the Arts.
